Refund policy

At Vago's Bonsai, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our bonsai tools. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (if applicable)


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

Include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If approved, a full refund for the product price will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to process.

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or deny refunds if returned items do not meet policy requirements.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing javier@vagosbonsai.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.


Exchanges

At this time, Vago's Bonsai does not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times vary.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to abuse of our policies, suspected fraud, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.


Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
