Thank you for shopping with Vago's Bonsai. We take great care in packaging and shipping your bonsai tools to ensure they arrive safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.


Shipping Method

All orders from Vago's Bonsai are shipped via FedEx Express.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Our current shipping rates are as follows:

  • Orders weighing 0–10 lbs:
    $10.95 Express Shipping

  • Orders weighing over 10 lbs:
    $20.95 Express Shipping

Shipping charges are applied at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been processed.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and FedEx service conditions. Vago's Bonsai does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High order volume

  • Customs or inspection delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

In the event of a delay, we appreciate your patience and will assist where possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Vago's Bonsai is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to FedEx, Vago's Bonsai is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, shipping availability may be limited to certain locations. Any restrictions will be noted at checkout.
